Ejunkie and FatFree names

I finished setting up some example pages and sent to some colleagues. Their first responses were less than positive because of the "Ejunkie" name. I've dug through these forums and see other people with similar comments. I did see one guy dissatisfied with FatFree, but happy enough with Ejunkie.

Unfortunately, we as users are saddled with these names in the thankyou emails, the button names (users see ejunkie when their mouse hovers), and in the thankyou.html, although (thanks to these forums) I found a way to remove that one.

While the cart and website features seem to be very good, frankly, neither of these domain names are very good. "junkie" conveys a drug addict image and "fat free" conveys anything other than e-commerce.

Please, please register some new domains and give us the option of using those. ejcartpro, ffcartpro, lightcart are just a few examples that I could quickly find.

Hello,

We appreciate your feedback, but we don't have any plans on registering new domains or changing names. Although the issue has been raised before and we have switched to the www.fatfreecartpro.com for pages we display to buyers we have never really had any complaints from actual buyers who have been savvy enough to notice our involvement in their purchases. The majority of buyers will not be aware of us at all.

That's disappointing that you won't even consider less offensive domain names. Of course you've not had complaints from actual buyers. They are not your customers. They are our customers. I may still yet use your interface (I'm still in the trial period). Fundamentally, it does the job at a pretty fair price. But really, "junk" ... "junkie" .... "fatfree"? Please, get something less offensive.
