I've been using E-junkie for a while but recently the added items in my cart are without increasing shipping. Usually items have 5.00 added for "box regular" size. Is there a place on items where I need to check a box to be sure shipping for it is added when it joins other items in my cart?

Hello Betsy,

Are you using the same packaging type for all of your products? We calculate packaging costs based on the packaging capacity you set for each product and whenever possible we will try to combine items that ship in the same kind of packaging. Furthermore, if you are using "Tube" packaging all items that ship in any size of tube will be combined into the largest tube applicable (since any item that ships in a smaller tube would just as easily fit into a larger tube).

I had help from your Jason (I think) and we set up a handling fee of 6.00 for all orders so for the least expensive items, I leave it at that $6. Then for Regular box I have 5.00 and Large 8.00.

No weights are used, just flat rates. But when one is in the cart the added item doesn't add any $$$.
