Hi everybody,

I was signing up and I must have clicked on something "out of order" because I now can see no way to upload my product (e-book) or get the code I need to paste into my website.

Does anybody know how I can correct this and actually get started?

Thanks. BigBrad

This help page section explains how to upload a file for your product:
http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.file-downloads.htm#upload

If you did not copy the button code provided when you first added the product in Seller Admin, you can go back to Seller Admin > "Get Buy Now/Cart buttons for your products", then select the relevant product and click Get Button Codes. The Add to Cart button code is unique for each product, whereas the View Cart code is unique to you but the same for all your products -- just make sure you paste at least one complete block of View Cart code into every page that has any number of Add to Carts.

Thanks for answering so soon!

The problem was that I was not allowed to add my product! I kept getting the message that I had to complete my profile first, with no way to get to my profile page from THAT page.

I finally backtracked until I found a way to get to my profile page, where I found a couple of fields that were empty. And I had completely filled out those fields before I hit "submit". But this "saving process" didn't really "save". That was the problem with that.

Yes, I got the HTML code. But I got the code for the "Buy Now" button as I have only one product to sell.

I have inserted the code into my website, but not yet actually published the website. The "Buy Now" button appeared and I was able to move it to the desired location. However I am not sure the code will work after I figure out how to upload my PDF file. I never had the chance to do that . . . or I missed my chance because I wasn't looking in the right place.

While trying to find a way to upload my e-book, I ended up opting to have my e-book listed in the e-junkie store! I hope I didn't make a mistake and cost myself a monthly fee, or anything like that.

Still trying to figure out how to get my e-book uploaded. There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to do this . . . so far!

This whole process is supposed to take "less than a minute" (they say), but has taken me so far 1/2 a day, and it's still not done! How dumb am I?

Feeling pretty stupid,

Hi all,

It's me again! I got through the process of signing up and my website is now published. Everything seems to be working just fine, now.

I even tested the process by buying my own e-book with my Visa card. It worked!

Thanks for the help!
