2400 connected contacted days including issued log manually notified notify order payment paypal point process reduce reduced reflect refund refunds reversed sales show system total transaction transactions verify

I see my transaction log and say it has a total of $2400 in sales for the last 30 days. I know I have issued 6 refunds through PayPal up to this point. Would the $2400 in sales, have already been reduced by the refunds given, or am I to further reduce it manually to reflect that? Thanks!

PayPal should notify us after each transaction connected to our system, including any refund that you process that is connected to an order and our transaction log will reflect this. You can verify that PayPal has contacted us by looking for those transactions in the transaction log. As long as PayPal has notified us, it will show that the payment was reversed.
