I see my transaction log and say it has a total of $2400 in sales for the last 30 days. I know I have issued 6 refunds through PayPal up to this point. Would the $2400 in sales, have already been reduced by the refunds given, or am I to further reduce it manually to reflect that? Thanks! # POSTED ON: June 6, 2011 @ 08:56 GMT -7 |

PayPal should notify us after each transaction connected to our system, including any refund that you process that is connected to an order and our transaction log will reflect this. You can verify that PayPal has contacted us by looking for those transactions in the transaction log. As long as PayPal has notified us, it will show that the payment was reversed. # POSTED ON: June 6, 2011 @ 10:14 GMT -7 |

Thanks ...so therefore that would mean the TOTAL SHOWN was reduced already. Great! # POSTED ON: June 6, 2011 @ 11:12 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: June 6, 2011 @ 11:12 GMT -7 |
