account active associated contact ejunkie email entered notification order paypal pending unilateral

I'm trying out E-Junkie, and I think I got my first order today, but in the Ejunkie email notification, it says pending_reason: unilateral. The email seems right, but I dont understand why it says this.

Unilateral means that the PayPal email you have entered in E-junkie does not have an active PayPal account associated. You will need to contact PayPal about this.
