Sorry for the delay in responding to your forum post. The issue that you are running into might be due to Microsoft Office Live altering the code we provide when you save the source code for your website. We can check this out for you. Just send us the URL of your live sales page, either here or in an e-mail to our support team and we will take a look.

I checked the product page on the link you provided and was unable to find any E-junkie button codes. Can you send us the specific URL for a page with E-junkie buttons on it?

Okay, I just tried to put a button on, it showed a blue line on my edit page, and on the regular page that customers see, there is nothing. Here is the link.

I checked that page and our code is not there in a recognized format. Here is the code on your page:
</iframe><script type="text/javascript">
setTimeout('HtmlControlJS.loadFrame\x28\ x27ctl00_IWS_WH_CPH_Content_HtmlControl1\x27, \x27\x5cx3cform action\x5cx3d\x5cx22https\x5cx3a\x5cx2f\x5cx2fwww.e-junkie.com\ x5cx2fecom\x5cx2fgb.php\x5cx3fc\x5cx3dcart\x5cx26i\x5cx3d954741\ x5cx26cl\x5cx3d173594\x5cx26ejc\x5cx3d2\x5cx22 target\x5cx3d\x5cx22ej_ejc\x5cx22 method\x5cx3d\x5cx22POST\x5cx22 accept-charset\x5cx3d\x5cx22UTF-8\x5cx22\x5cx3e\x27,1033, \x272.02.4131.0\x27\x29\x3b', 0);

Here is an example of the default code we provide:
<a href="https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?c=cart&i=XXXXX&cl=XXXXX&ejc=2" target="ej_ejc" class="ec_ejc_thkbx" onClick="javascript:return EJEJC_lc(this);"><img src="http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/ej_add_to_cart.gif" border="0" alt="Add to Cart"/></a>

It does seems like Microsoft Office Live is altering the code after you save it. You will need to check with Microsoft support to find out how to keep the program from altering the code we provide.

Thank you, I contacted office live, again. . . .

If this doesn't work, do you have any suggestions for a new website host? I'm moderately experienced, but would like something relatively easy. I'm paying $15.00 a year for this site. Thanks for all your help, Shannon

If you are unable to get this resolved on Microsoft's side, then the main thing when it comes to finding a host is to make sure that you find one that will allow you to edit the source code of the web site without altering the HTML code you enter in.
