I'm new to eJunkie and am using it to sell my book "The Giant Steps Scratch Pad" as a downloadable PDF. I'm getting traffic to my Web page for the book from several sources, and my WordPress stats show that several people have clicked through from my site to PayPal via eJunkie.

However, my log shows that zero transactions have occurred. This seems strange. I understand that people could have simply decided not to follow through with their purchase. But I want to make sure that I'm dealing with a marketing issue, not a technical one. The setup process seems pretty straightforward, and I can't imagine what I could have done wrong. When I click on one of my shopping cart buttons, the process seems to operate smoothly. Input will be appreciated.

Have you received any payments via PayPal? It's possible that there may be a communication breakdown between our system and theirs (this troubleshooting page details how to handle that: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/trouble.paypal.order-not-processed.htm ) but if there have been no payments sent to your PayPal account either then it is simply that no one has completed a checkout yet.
