I'm getting ready to launch a physical product, but was hoping to run a pre-sale to determine how large of a run to have manufactured. However, manufacturing can take a few weeks (sometimes up to 6) and I don't want to bill those customers that far in advance. Is there a way to configure a product to be marked as sold, but billed in the future - like once the manufactured product arrives and can be distributed? Thanks in advance! :D # POSTED ON: June 23, 2011 @ 10:38 GMT -7 |

Hello, Not really, mostly it would depend on your payment processor though. I believe Google Checkout will keep buyer payments uncharged until you confirm that the order has physically shipped within your Google account, but I recommend checking with them directly to see how long you have to ship an order after the buyer has checked out. # POSTED ON: June 23, 2011 @ 16:47 GMT -7 |
