DoDirectPayment API recovered at Jun 24, 11:50 AM PDT (Jun 24, 6:50 PM GMT). During the time of this incident, PayPal users may have experienced the following error messages while accessing www.paypal.com: - "Sorry - your last action could not be completed" - "There was a temporary error. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction".
