Is there any way to do this with the e-junkie interface? I deal mostly in codes and the paypal fraud detection filter is losing the battle and costing me money. If I had 5 minutes to google around the ip address and person's name, I would do a lot better. I could stop instant delivery, but I don't want to punish all of my loyal customers.

I believe we may have responded to an email from you about this subject previously, unfortunately there is no setting within our cart to delay these orders since we do not handle the money for any orders. If any such setting can be enacted it would be on the payment processor's side.

If you are currently allowing buyers to purchase more than one code at a time you could also prevent large orders from going through by not allowing buyers to edit item quantity in the shopping cart or using Buy Now buttons so that sales can only be processed in smaller amounts.
