I subscribed at the beginning of October and knew that a 5 dollar payment would be due on November 5th. I paid it through my paypal accout on November 2nd. I just wanted to make sure you all received it.

When you subscribe, PayPal sends us the payment automatically on the due date.

Please let customer service know your PayPal email and they'll look up your manual payment and refund that.

What banking account of mine does e-junkie deduct it's monthly fee.

We are send the monthly fee from your PayPal account. You choose the payment source for the subscription when you subscribe to our service. Any questions about that should be sent to PayPal as we don't have any information about your payment source.
