If I offer a guarantee, and I ever am asked for a refund, how is that handled?

You would issue refunds from your payment processor (e.g. PayPal) account for the transaction being refunded. They will inform our system when they have processed a refund, so we can adjust your E-junkie Transaction Log accordingly.
