HI everyone, here is what I am looking at. I have added the button to my site but when I click on the button, the checkout link is not activated. Also, if I put my paypal email in, will all payments to into paypal or do I need to add a pay pal button? Please, talk to me like I am two lol because this is my first shopping cart venture. Here is the link for the page C:\Users\owner\Documents\_Gary\website\_gary02\7book.html Any advice would be great. Thank you. Mary # POSTED ON: August 6, 2011 @ 14:53 GMT -7 |

E-junkie is not a payment processor, so we do not handle any actual payment funds at any point. Buyers would pay directly into your chosen payment processor account, such as PayPal. In order to use our shopping cart and other features, you would need to have an account with at least one or more of the independent payment services we support: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.payment.processors.htm If you set up more than one payment processor in your E-junkie Seller Admin, your buyers will see a selection of checkout buttons in their cart, so they can pick the payment method they prefer. That link you provided appears to be for a file stored on your own computer, so we cannot access that, and the cart would not work properly there anyway. The E-junkie cart will only work on a live Web page uploaded to a server with a domain name in the URL (Web address). This help page gives some tips for testing various aspects of your setup: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.test.htm Our Getting Started help page is a good place to begin setting up your E-junkie service: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.sell.htm Other help pages explaining all of our features and settings are accessible via the 'help' link in blue at the top of our site, under the Sellers tab. # POSTED ON: August 8, 2011 @ 13:43 GMT -7 |

If you have entered your PayPal Email in your E-junkie account profile (via the Edit Profile link in your Seller Admin), you may need to go to Seller Admin > Payment Preferences and make sure you haven't unchecked PayPal Website Payments Standard. This help page explains our other required settings for PayPal: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/selling-with-paypal.htm # POSTED ON: August 22, 2011 @ 15:59 GMT -7 |
