Having an issue with multiple downloads/products

I set up a link to sell all 3 of my ebooks for a discounted price. I followed the instructions and when I check it -- everything is fine. I selected all three books in the edit screen. But one of my buyers just said that they only got 2 download links and they were labeled wrong and one was empty. So for the 3 books she purchased she only got a working download for one.

Help!

Thanks
Kay

Okay I just looked again and even though I did control select and all 3 are highlighted, it only shows one book in the upload.

Help?

I presume you are using Approach B explained here:

It appears you have that product set up correctly now. However, rather than allowing buyers to proceed directly to their download page as soon as their payment is completed, you are redirecting them back to your purchase page, which could be confusing. We would recommend that you go to your Seller Admin > Account Preferences and delete the Common Thank-you Page URL you have there, then click Submit to save changes. That will allow buyers to reach the thank-you page we generate for you which contains their download links.
