calc custom disable elaborate entirely handling location order paypal providing rates selected send shipping talkign value

If I want to disable your shipping and handling in order to use my own...how can that happen? If I provide a "location" I would like to send e-junkie my own selected value.

I am not entirely sure what you mean by your own shipping. Are you talking about custom rates or are you talkign about using PayPal's shipping calc. ?
