I am using 2co and paypal and just got an email from a customer that they placed two orders, none of which is showing up anywhere. What are the possible reasons for this? I have checked and double checked to make sure I follow each step to the tee so I am not sure what else to do but to choose not to use e-junkie and go back to manually processing orders. # POSTED ON: August 22, 2011 @ 10:55 GMT -7 |

I think we've already replied to your email on this topic, at which point the two sales you referred to were appearing in your E-junkie Transaction Log, indicating we did process the orders for those payments. # POSTED ON: August 22, 2011 @ 17:19 GMT -7 |
