During customer check out, I would like to add buy now buttons for other related products. However, everything is set up great now and I don't want to mess anything up. LOL

Will you assist me with the process of making other products available for customers upon them purchasing one product and checking out? Either the "thank you page" or the page prior to that would work.

Adding the buttons in the cart itself is not possible. You can add anything you want in the "thank you" page. Please see "customization" section in the help page for details.

Also, If you have listed your products in E-junkie shop, then for each of your products you can specify which products you want to promote by going to Admin > Edit product.
