How to remove Common Hop Link URL

Hi
I've started setting up our affiliate program and started with the common affiliate settings. I've now decided that I want to set the affiliate percentages for each product (with specific links for each product) without a common percentage or common hop link. However, when I go into the 'Common Affiliate Program Settings' and attempt to reset this by removing the Affiliate Share and Common Hop Link URL then submit, I get a message saying 'Please enter the URL you want your affiliates to point to!'. Affiliates now see that we have 0% on all products, which doesn’t look so good. Am I stuck with the common hop link now?

From what I read in the community discussions we could request support to remove this for us, however I put in a request for this a week ago and haven't received any response. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you.
Kind regards
Bryan

Sorry, my bad; I hadn't had to make this particular change before so your request got put on the back burner (it had lots of company back there...) until I had a chance to research it. You should be set now.
