Hello there, Is there a way to modify/translate or remove the bullet-pointed line included in the thank-you page a buyer receives when completing a stored codes purchase ?: We've successfully received the order for (item name). Quantity ordered: 1 I'm asking because I mainly sell to french customers and my whole thank-you page/email is in french, so having that line in a different language at the top looks a little bit... unprofessional. If I could rewrite it in french it would be great. Also regarding the shopping cart, it is my understanding that we still might not be able to translate/modify its table headers (item, remove, quantity, amount) in another language, but is it possible to modify the line: Your cart is empty. As there is nothing else written there at this step, it seems a bit confusing to have the line in english whereas the whole website is in a different language. Best regards. # POSTED ON: October 12, 2011 @ 14:38 GMT -7 |

There is no way to customize the first line after each bullet point, aside of course from the Item Name you specify in the product settings. You can only add a custom translation that would appear after that line for each product; you can specify this in the Message (HTML) field of each product's settings. This help page explains more about customizing your E-junkie-generated thank-you pages: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.custom.thankyou-page.htm If you're not selling any downloads, you may wish to bypass our thank-you page where download links would normally be provided, and instead just redirect buyers to a thank-you page on your site; you can enter that in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences > Common Thank-you Page URL. The "Your cart is empty" message cannot be customized at present. The only cart labels which can be altered are those documented on our cart customization help page: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.custom-cart.htm # POSTED ON: October 12, 2011 @ 20:57 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: October 12, 2011 @ 20:58 GMT -7 |
