I'm getting people complaining that the dowload link has expired. This is right after they purchase. I had it set to 300 hours so this should not be happening. Can you guys look into this on your end and make sure everything is working. # POSTED ON: November 5, 2007 @ 14:46 GMT -7 |

Everything is working. You should look into increasing download limit. People download without realizing where they download and say that they did not download. You can check this by viewing the number of downloads in the download log. # POSTED ON: November 5, 2007 @ 14:47 GMT -7 |

I have just had 4 customers email me saying their download links have expired, just 5 minutes after they purchased. The downloads are set to expire after 3 attempts or 48 hours, but they are expiring immediately. # POSTED ON: November 22, 2007 @ 14:45 GMT -7 |

Please make sure that you don't have download limit set to 1 as buyers sometime don't even realize that file download starts automatically after purchase. Please also ask them to disable any download managers before download. You can reactivate the download link from Admin > Re-activate expired link. # POSTED ON: November 22, 2007 @ 14:46 GMT -7 |
