"Retrieve your purchase" is blank

I've had two customers who bought via Google and both have told me that when they get a a weird message when they click on

Message from Mummu Media:
Click here to retrieve your purchase



Their message is
The payment processor has not yet informed us about your payment. Your order will be processed as soon as they inform us about the payment.


I'm confused. A) Since I'm selling a digital product, I shouldn't have to manually log into google and approve the transaction and b) Shouldn't this transaction be instant? I hate that my customers have had to wait over 24 hours until I intervene and give them the link manually.


Am I doing something wrong?

Hello Dan,

The transaction should be instant, and you should be able to get Google to process a digital sale immediately. However, it sounds like you might be using some kind of redirected thank you page, are you sure that has been set up correctly? The buyer wouldn't be seeing any kind of "click here to receive your purchase" message from us until after the transaction's gone through.

Hiya - thanks for y our quick response. It's appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge, I have no thank you page. I'm still new at e-junkie so I'm keeping things simple until I work out all the bugs and get the basics running smoothly.

According to my two customers who used Google, the message they're getting is from a confirmation email. In the emailed receipt, they're told that the order is complete and that they can click the link to download the file. However, upon clicking the link they're told

------------
The payment processor has not yet informed us about your payment. Your order will be processed as soon as they inform us about the payment.
------------


It does not appear that after they purchase that
a) they're being immediately taken to a place where they can download
or
b) that the conformation receipt provides information on how to download.

I'm kinda lost.

I'm seeing some additional interesting things as well...

My last order via Google, for example, does not show up on the transaction logs. In fact, the transaction log *only* shows orders processed through Paypal Standard.

When I look in my Google Checkout account, I see that the transactions were processed and I was paid.

Still, my customer (on order #427905439334936) was not allowed to download the file. Instead, she was given the above mentioned message : The payment processor has not yet informed us about your payment. Your order will be processed as soon as they inform us about the payment.


I'm wanting to begin marketing my page more but want to wait until I get these hiccups resolves. Any help would be appreciated.

Should I be writing about this issue here or should I use some other, more direct, support procedure?

ok...ok... *maybe* it was my problem afterall :)

Perhaps this is all caused by me not having entered my API Callback URL?

I just did it....so hopefully things will be working.
