Is the ejunkie button required on my sales page?

This message was sent to a customer of mine:

"The order completed this morning. When I click to download the book I get:

Error 001: Please make sure that you have reached here after purchasing the product via ClickBank buttons provided by E-junkie."

Is it a requirement that my buttons be changed to ejunkie buttons on my sales page in order for my customers to gain access to their purchase (eBook)?

If so, is the change made on my sales page or is it something entered into Clickbank?

Yes, if you want to have our system process your ClickBank orders after checkout (e.g. to issue download links), you must use E-junkie's Buy Now button code for ClickBank to sell the product. Please see our ClickBank integration instructions here for details:
