Hi. I've got a bunch of affiliates, so I know my program is working, but one affiliate can't seem to sign up. When she tries, it keeps telling her to contact me. I'm pasting our email correspondence below. Please let me know what's going on here and how I can fix it. Thanks. Emails: ------------- Her: Hello Andrew, How do I become a part of the affiliate program? EJunkie is sort of confusing. I am here on there site but they tell us to contact the you. That they have nothing to do with me signing up with you. I thought I could sign up here....but I guess not. So if you will tell me how to sign up I would love to. ------------------ Me: Hi Demi. When you go to https://www.e-junkie.com/affiliates/?cl=107010&ev=43d5dcc768 you should see a screen that says, " Login/Register to join affiliate programs created by Andrew Perlot" You should register by putting your info in the box and hitting submit. All the best, Andrew ------------------- Her: Hello Andrew, Yes....This is what EJunkie.com says about this: Note: Merchants are responsible for managing their affiliate programs and paying you. Please contact the merchants directly for any queries related to their affiliate program, products and payments. E-Junkie is the technology provider to the merchant operating this affiliate program. E-Junkie has no knowledge about the nature of the affiliate program. E-Junkie has does not manage or operate affiliate programs. There is a "contact" button we push to contact you ourselves. Then we can either email you personally, which I just did or E-Junkie will provide the form to contact you. Which seems like the same thing, only I can do it from my email or their site. There is no place to join your affiliate program provided by that site. It only lists your opportunity only. That is why it was confusing. I am still interested in joining your program. Let me know what you want me to do. -------- Me: Hi Demi. All my other affiliates have signed up at that link. It's true that I control the affiliate program, but you need to sign up through E-Junkie to join it because ejunkie hosts the software/servers that host it. I'm not sure what's going on with your computer. My suggestion would be to first clear your browsers cookies/catch/history and try again. If that doesn't work, try using another browser. If none of that works, contact ejunkie here: https://www.e-junkie.com/ej/contact.php?section=affiliates or support@e-junkie.com Tell them you're trying to sign up for my affiliate program and what you're experiencing. I hope that helps, Andrew ------------ Her: Hello Andrew, Well something is going on, but it is not my computer. I did contact EJunkie and on their email, they have a preset message that says the same message I told you about earlier. It says to contact the merchant directly about there services and products and Affiliate program. So, I don't know, but maybe others have had this problem but gave up and didn't tell you. I don't know. I did send them an email to clarify how and where Icould sign up for your affiliate program. I will wait for their response. ---------- # POSTED ON: December 8, 2011 @ 21:58 GMT -7 |

Sorry for the confusion. Did your affiliate actually ever register for an account on this end? That's all she needs to do, there is no need to contact us during that process. If she has registered already and still does not see your business in her list of merchants she just needs to click through that link you provided her one more time. With some browsers or security configurations it is not possible for us to retain the merchant's sign-up information through the registration process, but fortunately that can easily be fixed by clicking the sign-up link a second time after registration is complete. # POSTED ON: December 9, 2011 @ 16:56 GMT -7 |
