Problem changing message

Hi-
I've gotten something all screwed up and can't figure it out. I hope you can help.

I set up a product and added confirmation messages (or whatever you want to call the after sale message). The item in question is a live seminar. We had to change the venue at the last minute and I forgot about changing the confirmation messages.

One of the people on my list let me know the wrong location is in the message.

I went in today and changed it in every location I could find but that message is still going out with the wrong location.

I just checked my website and I don't have a page set up that they would be taken to that would have the wrong information on it.

Sigh....Can you help me figure this out? I don't want to embarrass myself anymore with the wrong location in the message confusing people.

Thanks.
Winnie

Since you didn't mention which product this concerns and what the old vs. new locations are, I can't check your settings to see where you might have missed a correction. However, note that each product has both an Email Message field (thank-you email that gets sent to buyers) as well as a Message (HTML) field (gets inserted below the item's name on your E-junkie-generated thank-you pages shown after checkout). Whenever you change a product's settings, always remember to click Next until you can Submit changes.

I also notice you are redirecting all your buyers to a Common Thank-you Page URL on your site, which would bypass your E-junkie-generated thank-you pages; this is set in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences, but your site does not seem to be responding for me at present, so I couldn't check that page to see what info you might have posted there or if you might be embedding your E-junkie-generated thank-you page content inside your site's thank-you page.

Thanks very much for getting back to me. I think I figured it out. I didn't realize I had that common thank-you url set and I'll go in to change that now. I'll come back if I have more questions.
