I've successfully integrated e-junkie with mailchimp. The fields that populate in mailchimp are Email Address, First Name, Last Name. I'd like to add City, State, Country, Company Name.

In mailchimp I verified that my field names are identical to what is listed in mailchimp -> account integrations -> e-junkie. And I verified that all the fields are listed and showing in green with "We'll grab this one".

However, i don't see any data from these additional fields.

(Question 1) - I used Paypal standard - does the payment processor make any difference?

I then went to http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.integration.htm and took the respective field names I needed from there:
address_city
address_state
address_country
payer_business_name
... entered these into the mailchimp list -> settings -> List Fields & Merge Tags. Still no results.

(Question 2) - Any suggestions?
