I just started a test using eJunkie. I set up a product and removed the option to require confirmation of payment before product delivery. I have tried two test orders with two different cards. The money has shown up in my paypal account, but when the redirection to the product takes place it errors and says that the product cannot be delivered until payment confirmation is received from the payment processor (in this case, Paypal). My first test was over half an hour ago and there is still no email with a product download link. I did a search on the forum and found a thread about Paypal delays, but it was a couple years old and marked as "resolved". is anyone else having issues with download links being sent? I know there are ways to send them manually if a customer complains, but I use 'instant' access as a selling point. Is there a way to set it up where it will send them the download link without confirmation? I would rather send free ebooks on accident then respond to a bunch of upset customers who couldn't get their product. # POSTED ON: January 28, 2012 @ 23:27 GMT -7 |

Please see this help page for instructions to troubleshoot and correct the most common problems that may interfere with our ability to process orders paid via PayPal: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/trouble.paypal.order-not-processed.htm # POSTED ON: January 29, 2012 @ 16:59 GMT -7 |
