I seem to be having an issue with my account. My free account was set to expire yesterday, but I upgraded to a paid account a few days ago. I had six eBooks uploaded, and all were working fine ... until last night. All my uploaded files disappeared. When I logged in to my account, it looked like they were there, but customers were being notified that the files were not uploaded. Now, 4 of the 6 seem to have fixed themselves? The remaining two that are not working no longer show the files when I log in to edit them, so I attempted to upload the files again. However, I get an error message saying "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Apache Server at www.e-junkie.com Port 443" I completely deleted one of these eBooks and re-created it thinking maybe it had become corrupted somehow, but I still received the same error message. These eBooks are not large files, and they were already uploaded once with no problems. Although I am a fairly technical person, this just makes no sense to me. Do you know what is going on? Thank you so much for your time, Sheri # POSTED ON: February 12, 2012 @ 18:27 GMT -7 |

I've asked Development to look into this. If the upload problem is still happening for you, it would help if you could tell us what Web browser program and version you are using and what exact filename you are trying to upload. # POSTED ON: February 13, 2012 @ 18:13 GMT -7 |
