In the help file under customizing the Thank You page, it says: "You can send yourself a free link from the Admin to see the "thank you" page to preview it and write your CSS/HTML/JS accordingly."

I am having difficulty finding this feature.

It's in Admin on the left side, "send free thank you email/download link".

Please note, you will need to enable "download" checkbox for your product temporarily else there will be no "thank you" page sent in the email.
