Very confused here. Following the directions provided and yet the remote server url box remains inactive. It says below it that I need to pay the $18 fee...but where???

Remotely Hosted Downloads are only available with subscription plans starting at $18/mo and up. You can use the "Start/Update Paid Subscription" link in your Seller Admin to begin your subscription. This help page explains the subscription procedure in step-by-step detail:
