External KeyGen is invoked for paid product, want to include EVAL for free, but E-Junkie is not invoking keygen for that SKU. Do I have to charge $0.01 to make this work!

The price/checkout method should not affect whether the order data is posted to your keygen URL. Looking at your transaction log, it appears your keygen script did not return a key even for some $0.01 test orders, but the most recent test orders did return a key, so perhaps you have sorted this out now? If so, it should work just as well with Free Checkout.
