address asks buyer calculate cart checkout click clicked code collected country during enable full instructed left link payment processor shipping tho website weight zero

Even tho I have clicked - get buyer/shipping address, once I put the code into my website, when I click on this link it only asks the person their country, not the full address. I dont want to calculate shipping so Ive just left the weight as zero as instructed.
Any ideas?

When you enable Shipping/Buyer's Address, the address will actually be collected during checkout, by the payment processor. It will not be collected within the cart itself.
