Hello, I set up a Thank you code with some basic html and CSS (message, invoice in a table, etc). We then edited this code. I am 100% sure I deleted the original code and pasted in the new, edited code. Whenever we test checking out, however, we see BOTH the original checkout code and then the edited code, instead of just the latter. This looks terrible and makes no sense to customers. I have tried saving new versions of the thank you page html repeatedly, to no avail. How can we permanently clear out the first version of our html on the thank you page? thank you. # POSTED ON: March 26, 2012 @ 14:22 GMT -7 |

Bear in mind there are two places where you can provide custom HTML to be inserted in your E-junkie-generated thank-you pages: Common Thank-you Page HTML (in Seller Admin > Account Preferences): This gets inserted once at the end of all your thank-you pages, regardless of the particular item(s) ordered, and cannot use any item-specific template variables. Message (HTML) field in the settings of each individual product: This gets inserted after the name of the product where it's itemized on the thank-you page, and can use item-specific template variables pertaining to that product. You can find an example illustrating how these custom HTML blocks are inserted, at the bottom of our thank-you page customization help page: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.custom.thankyou-page.htm#example We also have a help page providing tips on how to format your thank-you page to resemble an invoice: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/tips.thankyou-page.invoice.htm # POSTED ON: March 26, 2012 @ 15:31 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: March 26, 2012 @ 15:32 GMT -7 |
