My website is hosted by justhost.com and when I try to add the code in the webpage for the carts, I get the yellow triangle in the bottom left corner of the page showing there is a page loading error. The details of the error that is displayed when I click on it is: Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; GTB7.3; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) Timestamp: Sat, 7 Apr 2012 17:00:38 UTC Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 38 Char: 1 Code: 0 URI: http://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/box.js I know next to nothing about HTML and used the help suggestion to mark the spot for code with two sets of XXXXX, then replace the X's with the code provided by e-junkie in the get code for buttons page. I replaced each set of X's one with the add to cart code and one with the view cart code. I saved before going back to WYSIWYG. I also get two gold js symbols appearing as well. Here is the code as posted in the webpage: <div><font style="font-size: large"><font style="font-size: smaller"><font style="font-size: x-small"> <a class="ec_ejc_thkbx" target="ej_ejc" href="https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?c=cart&i=1082339&cl=208826&ejc=2" onClick="javascript:return EJEJC_lc(this);" jQuery1333817645250="2"><img border="0" alt="Add to Cart" src="http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/ej_add_to_cart.gif" /></a> <a class="ec_ejc_thkbx" target="ej_ejc" href="https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?c=cart&cl=208826&ejc=2" onClick="javascript:return EJEJC_lc(this);" jQuery1333817645250="3"><img border="0" alt="View Cart" src="http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/ej_view_cart.gif" /></a> <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript"> <!-- function EJEJC_lc(th) { return false; } // --> </script> <script src='http://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/box.js' type='text/javascript'></script> </font></font></font></div> What do I need to do so the web page views the code properly? # POSTED ON: April 7, 2012 @ 10:50 GMT -7 |

I just did a preview of the website page changes and didn't get the loading error I mentioned above in the WYSIWYG page while setting up the buttons. Does this mean I don't have a problem with the property/method? Also, noticed the js icons don't show either. # POSTED ON: April 7, 2012 @ 17:00 GMT -7 |

Could you provide a link to the live Web page where this is happening, so we could have a look at what might be going on there? Also, bear in mind the testing tips listed at the top of this help page: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.test.htm # POSTED ON: April 8, 2012 @ 21:23 GMT -7 |

Based on the link for tips, I went ahead and published to check it there instead of in preview or design mode. I doesn't have the problems I mentioned, so I am good to go! By the way, the delay in my response was because I was waiting to get SSL on my site before publishing my site changes. Thanks! # POSTED ON: April 12, 2012 @ 19:31 GMT -7 |
