Hello, I wonder whether you guys have changed your server setup/security in the last 24 hours as all of a sudden keys generated with Armadillo keymaker.php fail when used from an external server linked to your system. The scripts used have worked nicely for more then 6 years, and the script hosted at your side does perform correctly so it should have been a change in the way variables are passed through to our script. The scripts are also used through other payment processors without any problems. Any help or ideas will be appreciated? Thanks, Menno # POSTED ON: April 18, 2012 @ 19:25 GMT -7 |

If I'm understanding you correctly, you had a copy of the Armadillo keygen script installed on your own server, which you were using with our Send Generated Codes feature, but something has gone awry with that lately? I've asked Development's to look into this issue, but meanwhile you may wish to simply update your product settings to use our own installed copy of the Armadillo keygen instead of the one on your own server: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/tips.keygen.softwarepassport-armadillo.htm # POSTED ON: April 18, 2012 @ 19:55 GMT -7 |

Thanks for that! I have some package deals consisting out of 3, 4 and 5 products. E-junkie has an option to include downloads of these products in an email but how can i add the 3, 4 and 5 generated key codes to one single email? I'm testing your Armodillio key generator, but one of the five products I own creates an incorrect key which might be due to the length of the keytext, or some of the symbols I use. I can not change/shorten this anymore as this key algorithm is used for more then 8 years and works as is with our application, so is there a limit on the # of characters/symbols used for the keytext when using your key generator? Thanks Menno # POSTED ON: April 18, 2012 @ 21:23 GMT -7 |

Hi Menno, Can you open an email ticket with support and include some transaction IDs for transactions where this failure happened? https://www.e-junkie.com/ej/contact.php The more examples, the better; this will hopefully let me: a) see if there's anything special about the data that could have caused problems b) see what servers on our end were involved in processing those transactions c) hopefully pinpoint an exact time when this started happening, to maybe point at a code or server change Honestly, off the top of my head, nobody's been working on anything that should have affected this, so I'm a little perplexed... # POSTED ON: April 19, 2012 @ 17:03 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: April 19, 2012 @ 20:41 GMT -7 |
