How long does it take from the time you upload/add product ebook file through the admin is it available for download/sale to customers?

You can sell your product as soon as you add it in Seller Admin; just copy the button code we provide and paste that into your site, wherever you want to sell the product:

For file-download products, make sure you upload the file for that product before you start selling it:

If you're selling an ebook in PDF format and decide to set up our PDF Stamping feature, the Stamper will start working within 15 minutes after you upload the PDF file. If you set up PDF Stamping for your product more than 15 minutes after you'd uploaded the file, the Stamper should start working immediately. How long does it take from the time the file is uploaded to the time it is ready to be added from the Seller Admin? Does e-junkie makes any changes to the file? Once the file is added, will it appear on my www.e-junkie.com/severepoetrypublishing page [as well as the buttons]?

You first need to add a product in Seller Admin before you can upload a file to be issued as a download for that product. If you are not using our PDF Stamping feature, each buyer would receive an identical copy of whatever file you uploaded for the product they purchased. This help page explains how we determine what filename to use for the downloaded file:

Once you add the product in Seller Admin, you can copy the button code to paste into your site and start selling right away. If you don't have your own Web site or don't wish to paste our buttons into your site, you have the option of posting product listings to your own E-junkie Shop page on our site, listing your products at a specific URL where you can send buyers (http://www.e-junkie.com/severepoetrypublishing would be your E-junkie Shop URL). Posting a product listing to your Shop is a separate step beyond simply adding the product in Seller Admin -- this help page explains more:
