Every couple of months I get an email from Google Checkout saying that my main site listed in my profile is not the one where sales are coming from. I write back they tell me everything is ok then my Google checkout account gets suspended. I have two websites selling digital media that I use e-junkie for, can anyone tell me what I put in the Google profile under 'Public business website'? There should not be anything special you need to set in that field. All the settings for using our system with Google is on this help page: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/google-checkout-shopping-cart.htm We have thousands of merchants using Google Checkout with our system, and this is the first time we have heard of this error. Thanks for your reply. I have been writing to Google for over a year about this. It seems they never actually read my emails they just copy and paste their standard replies. It does not appear to be yourself at fault, I will just continue to play the cat and mouse game until someone at Google customer service actually reads my email. :( # POSTED ON: May 18, 2012 @ 20:20 GMT -7 |
