Hey ejunkies,

I am trying to upload products to my online account here so I can sell on my website http://www.divorcepapers.com and whenever the product seems to be fully uploaded, I get an error message that says "authentication failed".

Has anyone else experienced this type of issue and how to cure?

We would suggest logging out of Seller Admin and back in again. It might be a good idea to clear your browser cookies (or at least delete any cookies for "e-junkie.com") before you log back in and retry the upload.
