Hey guys, I'm trying to send a user a new download link (since he didn't get any with the email I sent this morning) but when trying to re-activate his link I get the following message: Sorry, this transaction can not be renewed any more. Why's that happening, and more importantly, how can I solve this? Thanks, Wilco # POSTED ON: July 12, 2012 @ 03:07 GMT -7 |

Hello Wilco, There are limits on how many times a transaction can be renewed, if you have hit that limit you can send the buyer a brand new download link via Seller Admin > Send Free Download Link instead. # POSTED ON: July 12, 2012 @ 15:21 GMT -7 |

Yesterday I sent out an update email and I got multiple emails from people that didn't receive any email (I also send out an email from Aweber so they know they should've gotten an email with the update). If I understand correctly I just paid for sending out this email, but at the same time not all of these emails are being sent out and there's no way to send them updates anymore? Shouldn't that limit be removed as soon as I pay for the email to be sent out? I was definitely not aware of this, and it is a deal-breaker for sure. It looks like I won't be using E-Junkie for my upcoming launches anymore... # POSTED ON: July 13, 2012 @ 00:05 GMT -7 |

There is a difference between reviving a download link and sending an update. The option to send updates should not have any problem due to the limit on renewing the download link. Can you e-mail us a couple of the e-mail addresses that did not get the update and the name of the product that you were sending the update for so we can have our development group take a look? # POSTED ON: July 13, 2012 @ 14:40 GMT -7 |
