Hi there, did you guys recently change something in the field where you enter PINs/Codes? I used to copy and paste from a spreadsheet and now when I do it, it automatically inserts a space between each code, so I have to go back and click each extra line and backspace. I have confirmed it is doing this with copy and paste from google documents and excel. Thanks. # POSTED ON: July 19, 2012 @ 14:35 GMT -7 |

We haven't changed anything, and I have been unable to reproduce the issue you described. Perhaps the extra space is already in your spreadsheet or wherever you're obtaining the codes that go into that spreadsheet? You might try copy-pasting the codes into Notepad first, then do a global Replace changing any spaces to nothing, then recopy-paste from there into your product's Codes list. # POSTED ON: July 19, 2012 @ 16:54 GMT -7 |

Tried that and it didn't work. However, I have since confirmed that it is happening to me on Chrome, not IE. So, not sure why that makes a difference since it's a flashed-based website. My Chrome version is 21.0.1180.49. # POSTED ON: July 20, 2012 @ 00:28 GMT -7 |

Have you guys been able to duplicate this in Chrome? # POSTED ON: July 27, 2012 @ 11:02 GMT -7 |

We've tested this in Chrome as well and the line breaks are being pasted in as expected. I used Chrome v 20.0.1132.57 so maybe an update will solve this issue for you. # POSTED ON: July 27, 2012 @ 15:57 GMT -7 |

Probably not anytime soon...I'm using 21.0.1180.57 and it's still the same problem. # POSTED ON: July 28, 2012 @ 10:18 GMT -7 |

What happens if you copy from your source of codes and paste into Notepad? If every line ends in a space there, the spaces are coming from your code source document or app. If not, do the spaces appear immediately as soon as you paste the list into your product settings, or only after you Submit the edited product settings? IE uses a different type of Flash player (an ActiveX control) than all other browsers use (a Netscape-style plugin), and Chrome bundles its own version of the Flash plugin rather than using the common OS-level installed plugin that Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc. would use. The current public version of Chrome is 20.0.1132.57, so perhaps your dev-channel (beta) version 21.0.1180.57 has a bug in its bundled Flash plugin. You may wish to file a bug report with Google about this: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list # POSTED ON: July 29, 2012 @ 17:17 GMT -7 |

This issue is chrome related and started about 1 week ago. Just copy/paste as usual, hit next then back, you will see all extra lines removed. Chrome has a few major issues came up in past 2 weeks. They should publish an update soon. # POSTED ON: August 9, 2012 @ 02:24 GMT -7 |
