The shipping is added in the cart but when we click the paypal button, the shipping does not show up, just the cost of the product. We have disabled shipping options in paypal. Any suggestions?

PayPal checkouts will only show a shipping amount once the buyer has provided their actual shipping address, so they can contact our system to make sure the shipping charge is appropriate for that address. This prevents confusing or misleading the buyer in case the address they provide does not match the location they'd specified in their cart before checkout, which may change the calculated shipping charge.
