I am very new here and still figuring things out. One thing I can't figure out is how the Ejunkie IPN works with other things that I sell directly through Paypal? I joined Ejunkie because I needed a way to sell a direct download of an ebook that my boss wrote, but his site also sells hard copy DVDs that are sold directly through Paypal. So, my question is, if somebody buys the DVDs from our site, will Ejunkie get involved somehow since the IPN is directed here? For example, will our ebook download be sent to everybody who buys the DVD?

Your E-junkie purchase buttons will automatically transmit our IPN requirements to PayPal with every order, and this will override any manual IPN settings in your PayPal account for orders placed through our system.

For any other PayPal payments you receive that are not for orders placed through E-junkie, the manual IPN settings in your PayPal account would continue working the same as before, so you can continue using your other purchase buttons for PayPal at the same time as using E-junkie with PayPal, and they won't interfere with each other at all.

You might also consider just adding your other products such as DVDs in your E-junkie Seller Admin and using your E-junkie Cart buttons to sell those items, so buyers could add those items to a shopping cart along with your download items, to place their order and pay for them all at once. You can even integrate E-junkie with Acutrack or TrepStar for automatic on-demand DVD duplication and shipping fulfillment:
