I use a Dreamweaver plugin from Project VII for my navigation. The site is http://maxperformancebikefit.com/product_pages/pHast_Legs.php

When I view the cart in Safari, Firefox, IE8 and IE7, the inlay cart window goes UNDER my navigation. In Chrome and IE9, it lay on top. I either need it to lay on top in everything, or open in another window or tab.

Can anyone please help me? The folks in the front office have gone for the day.
