I am thinking of changing from the service I currently use to your service, but I would like to know how long I should expect a reply to take if I send in a request or important concern. Also, is there a phone number that I can use to contact you in the event of a major problem? We have had trouble with contacting the customer service people with the service we currently use, and it is imperative that our new service be available to us 24 hours a day. Our business depends on the reliability of our document downloading service. Thank you for your help! # POSTED ON: November 7, 2007 @ 18:33 GMT -7 |

We provide 24x7 email support. However, all the information about our service is documented on the site itself. We don't provide phone support. However, if by important concern you mean that if our service is down, then our engineers will already be on top of it. # POSTED ON: November 7, 2007 @ 18:34 GMT -7 |

I was unable to find a specific response time on your site, and that's why I emailed you. Any details you can provide would be great. # POSTED ON: November 7, 2007 @ 18:35 GMT -7 |

Our average response time is 6-8 hours. However, if your issue is not E-junkie related or is something which is already documented in our help or troubleshooting pages, it can even take 12 - 18 hours before you get a response from us. # POSTED ON: November 7, 2007 @ 18:35 GMT -7 |

Does the E-junkie customer support will do this? Would you look at the configuration of my product PLRConnection to see what I have missed or done wrong? # POSTED ON: November 12, 2007 @ 00:58 GMT -7 |
