I did not cancel the subscription

no way....I don't know what happened. How come my subscription was canceled. I never canceled it. Please help!
I got this email
Your subscription to E-junkie has been cancelled. It could have been cancelled by PayPal if the financial information in your PayPal account was changed or if PayPal was unable to charge you.
Your E-junkie account is paid till December 6, 2007. Please start your subscription from E-junkie Admin > 'Select payment plan' within 20 days of December 6, 2007. Your products and related data will be removed automatically if you do not start the subscription.

Nothing to worry about. As the email says, you are paid till Dec 6 so just subscribe on Dec 6 or a day before that to be on the safe side.
