On the "downloads" when I'm filling out the information, if I put "1" download in, that means each purchaser gets one download upon purchase, or a total of one download off that url? # POSTED ON: October 22, 2007 @ 12:37 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: October 22, 2007 @ 12:38 GMT -7 |

It indicates the number of attempts allowed for a download. Although I will recommend putting at least 3 as sometimes a buyer might not realize where they have saved the file and might require more than 1 attempt to download. # POSTED ON: October 22, 2007 @ 12:38 GMT -7 |

When a customer buys one of my downloads, I want to limit the purchase to one download and that's it In other words, the customer should not be able to go back and download the same file again. Ho do i Do that ? # POSTED ON: November 24, 2007 @ 18:08 GMT -7 |

Download limits can be adjusted from Admin > Edit Product or you can click "more options" while adding the product to adjust those. # POSTED ON: November 24, 2007 @ 18:08 GMT -7 |
