We are a Web Development Company and we are about to implement your e-junkie product into a site we have designed for a client of ours. Can you please tell me if it is better for us to get the client to sign up and then forward us the details or is there a way that we can set up the account for them so that they are billed directly by you and not through us.

You can simply ask your client to login using the account you create and start the subscription from Admin > Select Payment Plan or you can do that on their behalf if you have their PayPal account credentials.
