always code coupons creation defined discount exact issues number page paypal penny price product ratios show strange

I just created 2 discount coupons and noticed something strange. Both coupons are defined for $5 and $10 off, but they show up as $5.01 and $10.01.

We do advise about those penny issues in the “discount code creation” page. Those are there as there is no way to pass discount to PayPal and we have to use some ratios and all and they are not always exact (mostly in the case when product price is not a whole number).
