2007 address authorize blank checked city country email included information messages mst net night notification order product sep shipping state street subject tax thu values zip

Should the address information be included in the E-junkie email notification (eg. messages with subject like "E-junkie Notification [Thu Sep 20 2007 17:41:25 MST]"?

I just had my first order last night and the Authorize.net email had the address but this notification did not. Instead, the values for address_street, address_city, address_state, address_zip, address_country were all blank.

We will only have that information if the product has "shipping" or "tax" checked.
