adding apply asks ave button buttons cancel cart click code codes difficulty discount help option paypal requested shopping

I'm having difficulty adding a discount code to our Shopping Cart within Paypal.

I've set everything up as requested, but when Paypal asks for the discount code there's no 'Apply' button, but only a 'Save' or 'Cancel' option. I click 'Save' and it doesn't apply the discount. Can you help?

Our discount codes only work with E-junkie cart buttons.
