3hrs accessible countries dvd e-junkies hrs likely magazine mix shot together

I am trying to make my dvd magazine accessible to people in other countries. Is it possible to do that here on
e-junkies? My first one is 3hrs long, but the rest will most likely be about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Will I also be able to put it together with a mix cd also?
